About Lion City Church
Lion City Church is a Christ-centred, Spirit-led community in Singapore, committed to seeing the Church unleashed to transform society through the Gospel and the power of the Holy Spirit.
We believe the Church was never meant to exist only within four walls. We are called to encounter Jesus, grow in Him, and be sent into the world. Grounded in the Word of God and centred on the Gospel of Grace, we depend on the power of the Holy Spirit to see lives transformed, believers established in their identity in Christ, and disciples raised to make disciples.
We exist to cultivate an authentic, welcoming, and missional community where people can encounter Jesus, belong, grow, discover their God-given purpose, and be equipped to live out their faith wherever God has placed them.
Lion City Church is more than a gathering. We are a people being equipped and unleashed.
Unleashed to go beyond the walls.
Unleashed to proclaim the Gospel.
Unleashed to serve our city.
Unleashed to make disciples.
Unleashed to transform society through the Gospel and the power of the Holy Spirit.
At the centre of it all is Jesus.
About Lion City Church
Lion City Church is a Christ-centred, Spirit-led community in Singapore where people can encounter Jesus in a real and transformative way. We are passionate about the Gospel of Grace, seeing lives set free, transformed, and established in their identity in Christ, through the power of the Holy Spirit.
We exist to build a community that is authentic, welcoming, and grounded in truth, where people can grow, belong, and walk out their God-given purpose. At the heart of everything we do is a desire to raise believers who live confidently in grace, led by the Holy Spirit, and anchored in God’s Word.
Lion City Church is more than a gathering, it’s a movement.
A people being equipped, empowered, and sent to transform lives, families, and the city
with the love and reality of Jesus.
Why Another Church?
Singapore is home to many faithful churches, and we thank God for each one. Yet the mission of the Church is far from complete. Recent findings from Singapore's General Household Survey 2025 show that Christianity now represents 17.1% of the resident population, marking the first decline in its share of the population in decades.
We believe this is not a reason for competition, but a renewed call to the Great Commission. Every church has a unique calling, and we exist to serve alongside the wider Body of Christ, reaching those who have yet to encounter Jesus, making disciples, and seeing lives transformed by the Gospel of Grace. As Jesus said, "The harvest truly is plentiful, but the labourers are few" (Matthew 9:37–38).
Loving people, equipping disciples, and unleashing the Church to possess our society for the Kingdom of God.
